I got shouted at for adding a different problem to a previous "Game Does Not Start" thread, so I'm starting a new thread. The symptom is similar to the "Unauthorized" error that causes people to have the game start up for a split second and then vanish without actually opening anything, except that actually creates an output_log in the Cities_Data folder that says what caused the shutdown. My problem doesn't, so I have no idea what is going on. Print screen of my Cities_Data folder, note the lack of an output_log: http://ctrlv.in/516090

Specs:
OS: Win 7, 64 bit
GPU: GeForce GTX 680
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4800+
Memory: 4 GB

I know that my CPU and memory are a bit on the low side, but I doubt that would cause the game to be literally unplayable instead of inconveniently laggy (which I am prepared for, if it ever works).
