Game don't generate heroes anymore [griffon beta]

Description​

Created 5 premade heroes 4 scolar 1 agri. I reshuffled on my first hero because i wanted the agri one. Only two heroes showed up after the reshuffle 2 premade, one the agri and a scolar. Since then it is turn 50 and the game does not generated any more hero.
