game error need help.

I need help with something. For some reason whenever I try to make a puppet, and error message says "---excel file not found-----------" What does this mean and what can I do to fix it?

I was editing colorscales before this glitch happened. I was putting a nation of mine with Usercolor1 but it CTD without a single word.

1) Which language are you using?
2) Does the problem disappear if you use the original colorscale?
3) Did you forget to add minister, leaders and tech team files for the new nation or did you use the wrong name?

I have fixed the problem. it was number 3.
