Description​

I'm playing 1.36.2. Game freezes every gameplay month for 15+ min after 1791. After 15 min of freezeing game continues for 1 gameplay month and then freezes again. What is it? Thank you for help.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Load save game
2. Play
3. First freeze will start in about 1 gaeplay month.
