Game freezes minutes into playing, at random - solution found? [Mac]

I've read other posts on this forum a week ago about encountering this game-breaking problem.

Players using MacBook can play for short intervals of time before the game freezes completely. There was one user who mentioned BootCamp seeming to work so I'm curious if Paradox has any solutions, now that more than a week has gone by

There's nothing official that I've seen yet, I believe all bug reports are being handed to the developers and solution is being sought

Does your MacBook only have an Intel video system? if so that will be the problem I'm afraid, as that is not supported hardware for this game.

But that's interesting. Why would I be able to buy it if it wasn't a criteria for the game? Do you think they can fix it or am I screwed?

The game support intel video system as long as it works on bootcamp. Moreover some mac user can play the game, and i 'm pretty sure most of MacBooks are equipped with intel system.

On my mac the game runs well in low/mid settings, then the computer just stop functioning after 5 minutes.

They have to find a solution quickly, i would like to use what i paid for.

I'm having the same problem, but on bootcamp. I have the new 16in Macbook pro, with Radeon graphics, and I match recommended settings. But every game, within 10-20 minutes, the game CTDs, first the game freezes, then the screen goes black, and then it crashes to desktop.

This is not the same issue, because all players here got their computer freezing with the pad desactivated and nothing responding except the On/Off button

That's the CPU, I'm talking about the video system. You should see that in "About this Mac".
