Game Freezes Whenever I Click "Annex Vassal"

I'm playing an ironman game as Muscovy, and whenever I click the "annex vassal" diplomatic action button on any of my vassals, the game freezes. I can still hear the ambient noise and the game doesn't crash, but I have to forcibly close it with Task Manager.

It wasn't doing this yesterday. I was able to annex several of my vassals no problem. Only today did it start freezing.

I've tried
- loading a backup save
- restarting my computer
- verifying the game files
- uninstalling and deleting all settings and reinstalling
- updating all my drivers
- looking at the error logs, but they're always empty.

And nothing worked there either.

I ran DXDIAG.exe, and I'm seeing a lot of eu4 crash reports like this:

I'm on Windows 11 running EU4 1.33 through Steam.

I'll attach my save and the dxdiag output and a few of the log files.
Note: error.log is empty, so I couldn't upload it.

I'd really appreciate any help you guys could give me.

So it works now.

I followed the instructions found in this thread: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Dragon-Age-Inquisition/DirectX-crashes-driver-issues/td-p/5267073
Namely, I ran "sfc /scannow" and "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth", rebooting my computer each time.

I don't know if that is what actually fixed it. I saw a few other threads where people had my problem, and then they just waited until the next day and it started working again. It's entirely possible that happened to me.
