Ah, Cryptoss, when I look at your output_log it seems like you might have the same problem as people in this thread:

Cause in your output_log it says: "ColossalFramework.Steamworks.SteamInitializationException: Steam initialization has failed beyond repair or you do not own the game."
The user ovoo posted a possible solution to this problem here:

You can try what ovoo suggested, but before that you can also try and restart Steam, in case you haven't done that already.

Hi drwbry! Could you also attach an output_log? So I can see if you're getting the same logs as Cryptoss?
