Hello there! Thank you for the report. Could you provide more information and if possible a way to reproduce the issue? Could you provide full crash folder which was generated when issue occurred?
 
I am glad to hear that! Crash folders can be found in directory "Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings III\ crashes". Each crash folder starts with"ck3_" and is remarked by date. It needs to be compressed to be sent, for example as "zip" file. If the issue reoccurs on actual version of the game, please create a new report.
If you have any other questions about it, don't hesitate to ask about it on the main forum for the game. :D
