Game crashes on the ‘press A’ screen, i press A and it says loading, the loading symbol goes around for 3 seconds then stops and crashes to the dashboard, Any fixes for this or i want a refund as i had just bought the campus dlc.

i have tried fixing it myself before posting here;

i tried uninstalling everything and reinstalling twice
Fully powered down xbox
Deleting all installed add ons and just trying the game
Tried running the game on internal hdd and external.

im on xbox one x so please tell me what else i can do to fix this.

Just curious, but are you also part of the Xbox Insider Program? There's all sorts of issues with the Insider updates at the moment so this could be one of them. If you aren't part of the Insider Program then I'd have no clue how to fix the issue either.

yes i was in the insider program, i just unenrolled my xbox which meant i had to reset it and still the game isnt working, ive tried pretty much everything now
 
Perhaps try uninstalling then installing the game and DLCs now that you've unenrolled from the Insider Program. That'll be last suggestion I'd have. I'll take a look on my Xbox later and see if I can find a solution if you haven't found one by then.

Just tried and still crashes back to dashboard

edit: i just tried the game with a different xbox account and it loaded fine, so it must be something to do with my account, i unlinked my xbox acc from my paradox and tried and still didnt work.
