Game keeps crashing at certain time

I have a save, that continually keeps crashing at day 72, 12:29 PM and I can't get around it. There is no crash report, error message or anything like this, it just freezes and does not respond even after 20 minutes. I've tried to run this save both on my pc and my laptop, and it crashes nonetheless. This is somewhat of a save with a capacity of 320, so I doubt it is the size that causes the crash. My PC is old, but still reliable, and has no problem running other games whatsoever, but my laptop is brand new with high-end specs, so I very much doubt that poor performance is the reason for these crashes. Also, I've tried updating the graphics driver and I have the latest driver on my PC, but it didn't solve my problem. I'm deeply grateful for every advice or suggestion from anybody. I attached the pc specs as jpg because it was considered spam. I also attached the save file, just in case.

Please attach here the game log C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Introversion\Prison Architect\debug.txt
To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer.

AND DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

I've attached the files as requested. I forgot to mention, that I have windows 10 up-to-date, both on my pc and laptop. Thank you for your assistance in advance.

I see there are couple of mods installed, are they in use in this saved game? I don't really see any other cause of your problem in those files, so if not it may be a game bug.

No, they are not, so it is probably a bug if you say so. Thanks for the support anyway!

Have the exact same issue and my prison is significantly bigger when you go to the programs tab in game does your game crash there too?

Have a look i have tried many fixes and solutions but having no luck
