game keeps crashing when starting on Steam

I am trying to get the game to start on Steam but each I time i press the play button the launch menu does not come up.

I went through all the directions and it still doesn't work. Here are the files you need.
The error log file will not attach because it is empty.

Your system doesn’t meet the minimum requirements as an Intel Iris graphics card is required to play the game. A Pentium chipset doesn’t have the graphical power to play the game.

Also memory - the published minimum requirement is 6gb and this machine has 4gb.

Please seek a refund from where you got the game.
