Game lags after loading

When I start a new game, it runs fine. But whenever I load a saved game, the game is extremely laggy (barely playable). I'm looking for a solution. This only started happening yesterday, and was preceded by no changes to my game files or to anything else.

What version and checksum show on the main game menu?

please post a dxdiag.txt (you can delete everything after the "Sound devices" section for brevity)

i have the same problem... a new game goes well... and when i played yesterday it worked well the whole day... but when i reloaded it at evening it lags a lot...
sorry, i have no idea about dxdiag, what do i have to do?

edit: my checksum is not the main 1.04 one... cause i play "Reality Kings 1066"Mod
2nd edit: ok... found out that it has something to do with the mod
