Game loads in to a black screen then goes unresponsive

Like the title says, When I load into the game it shows a black screen. Then the game goes unresponsive and I have to close out of it. I've already tried the suggestions listed on the Steam forums including deleting the launcher and reinstalling, launching in SAFE mode, and removing the Mod folder. Nothing has fixed the issue. I know there was a hotfix released this morning but it did not fix my problem.

I've tried a couple of other suggestions in other posts but still no luck. I don't use mods for prison architect so that is definitely not the problem. Here is the debug file.
