When the galactic Community was formed the message popped up in the middle of the screen regarding asigning envoys to discover new races. This got the game stuck and i had to exit the game and load back in as i couldn't do anything apart from turn game speed on and off and thats it.the message was stuck in the middle of the scrreb without letting me do anything with it
