I thought I was safe as King of the North with my own De-Jure Empire title, until the Iron Throne launched a De-Jure war against me, during which all my vassels defected. Is the fact that the IT launched a De-Jure war a bug or working as intended?

Also, my brother reports that holding the judgement trials still awards tyranny for killing even when found guilty, bug or beyond the ability to mod?

The Iron Throne has a de jure claim over all of Westeros.

Not sure about the trial thing to be honest.
