Game not loading when in windowed fullscreen

Steps to reproduce​

Turned game to 1440p at 60hz while having a 144hz monitor
Turned game to windowed full screen.
On next reload the game got stuck loading
Disabling mods didn't work
Fix was setting game back to full screen for quick full load

Hello,
Thank you for your report. Could you attach a Player.log? Also, please clarify the steps required to reproduce. What do you mean by "got stuck loading"? You also said you were able to change the settings to full screen, so it has to have stopped loading at some point?
