Just purchased this game. Have not played it on this PC at all. Have tried both modes and all I get is audio. Comes up with the Windows prompt "Prison Architect64.exe is not responding"

I can't see what is causing this, I am sorry. There are no clues in either file.
Try making a new Windows user and this machine and log into it with that, try the game there.
If still no good, probably best to seek a refund from where you got the game.

I figured out that if I go into Beta through Steam and select the "2018 Anniversary Edition", it will play just fine. I did not create a new windows user for this.
