Game Play Bug (can't move ship from port into sea) !

Hi programers,
in one of my provinces in South America (I'm playing as spain), Coquimbo (Chile), I have a port and 1 ship in it and I can't move them out, the game won't let me do it. There are no other ships and no sea blockade.
If you need I can send you a screenshot.

So should be happy that it is only one ship and not a big fleet. I had a similar problem when I never could move ships into the part of Les Cayes.

attrition may be too high to just send one ship... try sending more, and if that doesnt work then we've got a problem...

the ship was new and fresh, and i waited a few years. I created a second ship in this port and i couldn't move out this, too. The only fix to get rid of them was to disband the ships.

My problem with the port of Les Cayes also remains. I started another game with version 1.01b and still cannot move any ships into the port.

The problem might be that the game data files don't match the map.
The data files list which provinces/sea areas connect with each other - perhaps there is something wrong.

you are right, in my game I also can't move any ships into the port of Les Cayes.
So we have now 2 ports with a bug, in Coquimbo I can't leave the port and in Les Cayes you cannot move into the port.
