Game rule settings are not saved

I create a new game rules template, but after restarting the game, the templates are deleted. How can I fix this?

That might be a bud, or a tech issue. I've had my Game Rules settings saved over several play throughs...

You know at the top of the Game Rules screen, there's a 'save' button? You can name and save a few sets of rules.
