Game Simulation Speed going down

Expected Result​

When switching the Gamespeed to 3x it should Speed up the game simulation by 3

Actual Result​

The Game simulation Speed stays the same no matter what Game Speed 1x, 2x or 3x

Steps to reproduce​

I noticed that the game speed didnt change when i reached 100k+ Pops
