The requirements on Steam dictates we'll need 4GB of free space, assuming the download is a compressed file, I would guess a +-3GB Download.
Yeah it might also be quite a future requirement too for DLC's and such. I assume it be pretty small their not using 4k textures or 100000000 poly buildings 
All I know is I am going to hit download, play a few other games have a nap, then disappear from the world for a week and return with a masterpiece

it's about 11-12 MB/s here no matter how much you download (non-mobile), so I'm usually really happy
I have some 100 games installed on my PC, that includes Star Citizen, Battlefield 4, Battlefield 3, Battlefield Bad Company 2, Titanfall, Planetside 2, Star Wars Old Republic, Middle Earth Shadow of Mordor, Dragon Age Inquisition, Watch Dogs, AC Black Flag... And i still have 2133 GB of empty space remaining. That includes 137 GB of SSD.

It's possible some were worried about size in terms of download speed.
My average download speed is 3.2 MB/s. So bring it on! I have noticed Finland has one of best internet connections in the world, even when i go in the forest "middle of nowhere", i usually have a good connection.
EDIT: NOTE, i mean that is how fast i can download stuff from steam, i did not do any speed test or anything like that. In speed tests my results are very different.

This game is really small compared to all other games i have installed beginning often at 5 Gb to easily 50 GB.
One thing i do hope that they take into consideration is the ability to assign a custom folder for mods/steam workshop items. In the past i saw these folders growing and use much more space than the game itself. Only being able to save downloads into the "My Documents" folder could become a problem on my SSD drive.

I've just got a new machine with an SSD and moved my Libraries by right-clicking and selecting a new location on my Other Hard Drive. Whenever I download now it gets saved there instead of my SSD.
Likewise my Steam installs are off the SSD.
I think the only time I install to SSD is for games with lot's of cut-scenes or level loads.
Ehehe... my download speed is 200 kbps.
