After like 100 years of playing, the game slows down a LOT, it's almost unplayable.

Anyone else ever experienced this problem, or knows how to fix it?

Thanks.

PS: my PC is not the issue. 16 gb ram, i7-3770k 4,2 Ghz and nvidia gtx 680..so it should be running fine.

My friend got something similiar.
We were playing mp and after 100 years, when he wanted to pause, he had to wait 5-8 sec for pause to happen.
Now imagine how annoying must be moving the soldiers etc. with similar 2-5 day lag.
He also have some super PC, with a lot of everything (he paid 3k dollars for it).

As a host, I wasn't having pause lag, but still, EVERY action (other than event) i had to take during the pause itself.

And we were playing all time on speed 3, so it really shouldn't happen.

My games have consistently become sluggish after 100 years of gameplay and it has been around ever since I played my very first ck2 game. No idea if this is vanilla issue as I literally have not played vanilla since 2 hours of game learning when I first got the game (is it two years already?) as ever since I have played the game modded.

P.S.1. I have noticed that in agot mod it gets more sluggish than in other mods tho. Maybe the world map has so much going on.

My laptop is consider too weak to play the mod and I don't even have that problem. I don't play multi so I can't pronunce on that but turn off every dlc except the major ones (the Old Gods, ect.) and you should be fine.
