So when i first start Crusader Kings, it takes very long till i can start playing, but when i now close crusader kings and restart it, its going up faster every time!
So finnaly it loadsin a few secs.

Any ideas why that is so and if i can improve it from the beginning?

The long load times are due to so many of the files being in an open source format that can be modified to customise the game the way you like it. All of the event files, databases, and such are therefore in either txt or csv formats. When the game loads these need to be compiled and error-checked by the loader before it can launch the game.

I am not positive exactly how it determines this, but I believe that some compiled files are held in "Storage" so on subsequent launches they don't need to have quite as much done to them before the game begins.

As far as I know, there is no way to speed up this process. I guess just treat it as a necessary evil, and enjoy the benefits that it brings (better events, more entertaining play, etc.).

What is a "very long" time?
Are we talking 30 sec or 10 min?

That's about normal for the current beta patch, dpending on exact system specs. It might increase a little further before the final patch is released, but shouldn't get very much worse.

Ya 60 secs in not out of the high normal range.
