Game won't launch/crashes (Prison architect)

So when I start the game it crashes and steam closes, and then I need to log in steam again and so on and on... Game worked perfectly and about month ago this happend...
When I go in launcher and click "Play" it's says STEAM RUNTIME COMMUNICATION ERROR:
"We had trouble communicating with Steam. Vertify that Steam is running, doesn't have administratir privileges and try opening this game directly through Steam. If the issue persists, contact support.
I reinstalled game, Steam, run as admin but nothing works... I don't get what is problem it worked perfectly I have 200 hours on this game...

Please try a clean reinstall of game and Steam:

- uninstall PA from Steam
- exit the Steam app entirely
- unsubscribe from all mods in this game's Steam Workshop

Delete the following folders if still present:

- Steam/SteamApps/common/PA
- C:/users/<UserName>/AppData/Local/Introversion/Prison Architect/
(keep any valued save games, of course)
To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer.

- delete everything in the Steam folder EXCEPT steam.exe and the SteamApps folder
- run steam.exe to rebuild all that

Now install PA again and see how that goes please!
