I recently installed EU2 without any patches after a hiatus of playing it. It worked the first time and I actually started a game to check but I didnt have time to play so I quit. Now I went online and downloaded and installed the 1.08 patch before I left the computer. When I went back to play an hour or two later, the CD kept loading, the light underneath stayed solid orange instead of green and orange and when I clicked the icon, nothing loaded as well.
The menu with Play, Install, Register, Uninstall, etc came up and I clicked play but after that it wouldnt come up and the solid orange load kept going. At first I thought it was the patch so I uninstalled and installed the game again but it still didnt work.
Please help because this is my favorite game and im hoping to get the latest patch downloaded and installed as well.
