Description​

Game won't start.
Launcher won't load, nothing happens when trying to open game.

Steps to reproduce​

Uninstall game, re-install clean.
Click Play from (desktop shortcut) or (In steam Library) white flash and nothing happens.
Nothing is shown in task manager.
Firewall window defender is turn off

Remove Paradox launcher and restart game
