Usually games are arranged for a certain date and time. Ultima Ratio Regnum is scheduled for a session at 10:30 pm to 2:30 am every Friday. I dont think many people just do pick up games.

In EU2 it might be possible to get a pickup game; in CK the player density is just too low, unfortunately. But you'd be welcome to play in Ultima Ratio Regnum.
