I had a crooked guard for a long time, he was doing all staff duties and all that. Crooked stuff too.

Now he is completely motionless unless he is tasked to open a door, move prisoner and so on. He will not patrol or be stationed either despite the game telling me he is. He will not do crooked stuff anymore either.

EDIT:
Removing crooked and corrupted flags from the crooked guard will not fix the AI.

I fixed station/patrol moving by deleting these lines. It would appear the crooked guard plans to give contraband to a gang member that died (??), assuming I am interpreting the save file right. I do not know if this behaviour is intended or not.

Hey! I already got the save file attached on main thread. However, it comes with sprite mods so it won't be compatible for you.
But, really, it's very very easy to reproduce it.

Have a corrupt guard. Wait as the guard is "attached" to a very specific gang member for bribes. Have the bribery done.
Have the gang member die or get released. Wait for next handoff time.
Once handoff time happens again, you'll see the bug. They will not respond, patrol, etc and will not do corrupt staff anymore because the gang member does not exist in the game but the game does not realize that.

This is fixed by opening the save file, delete;

And wait for next corruption timer which should work just fine until the gang member dies/vanishes again. And the cycle restarts.
