Gangs - Prison Architect

Hello,
is there a function where I can raise the gang level (From Standard to Low, Medium, High) and activate the officers and special army of the gangs? Because you have to start a new prison to activate this function, but is it possible?

It's technically possible if you edit the save file, but this can also cause the save file to become broken, so if you try this we recommend backing it up. We don't support doing this. However, if you ask in the PA Discord someone should be able to help you.
