I hear people talking about how they can play the GC being a minor country.. How do you do this? Is there a file you can change to make this happen? Thanks in advance

Just make a new version of one of the scenario files, replacing the abbrevation of one of the major powers in the file (i.e. RUS for Russia) with the abbreviation for a minor country (i.e. HUN for Hungary).
