Gearing Bonus

After the construction of three factories in São Paulo, with Brazil playing, i not gain any the gearing bonus.

Is that correct?

Yes, it's working as designed. IC gets no bonuses for gearing.

Just fiddle with these two values in ...\AoD\db\misc.txt:

# Startup Retooling Time (days) - first time a line is opened
	
# Retooling Time (days) - line upgrade

Ah, that beats me. I'm afraid you can't since it's probably hardcoded.

Try this: edit ..\AoD\db\building_costs.txt

ic = {
	[COLOR="red"]only_buildable_in_provinces = yes[/COLOR]
	cost		= 10
	buildtime 	= 180
	manpower	= 1.0
	size		= 1
}

Delete or comment out this line "only_buildable_in_provinces = yes" and it should work.
