Gene clinics not in pop assembly tab

Unsure if this is a bug or intended, but gene clinics is not in any building tab making it hard to find (especially when robot assembly plants can't be used right now)

2. What version of the game are you using?
Console 3.03 / version 5
3. What DLC do you have installed?
Expansion pass one and two
4. When did this start happening?
After the most recent update on a new save
5. Can you replicate it, if so, please explain how

6. Does this happen on all saves or just specific ones?

7. What steps have you taken to try and solve this yourself (reinstall, Google error code etc)?

Same for spawning pools of hives. But they are in the amenities category, they produce both.

Found gene clinics in amenities tab, but they should be in pop assembly.

Edit: seems the don't assemble without clone vats (Ascension perk) but they are still buffing assembly. Maybe put it in both categories?
