general fixes

I am going to throw together some quick historical fixes for the game.
If you have anything to add feel free and i will add them.

1. Lower the strength of Hardrada's army. The Saxon's beat him and by all reports he had fewer men than Wessex.

2. Moray in Scotland. First, our starting Dukes grandmothers second husband was Macbeth. The family name is something nonsensical like 'muirbe' which is a bad use of the name Moray. Correct family name should be Loairn Dal Riata. Loairn will probably be okay.

3. Moray was not part of Scotland in 1066, Moray was an independent kingdom (duchy) until conquered for Scotland by David.

4. Why are my Scottish children being born with Anglo-Saxon names? This will be fixed.

I feel that too many dynasties are dying out near game start because the dynasty consists of one person. I am hopefully going to add 1 male of the dynasty family and one female of the dynasty family to these tiny families.

This as an added bonus will slow down imperial blobbing.
