OMNI I have been very interested in your IC distribution. Would you mind explaining to me how you set your IC levels and what the rationale is behind them. I am interested in bettering my game (but without exploits of course)

Simple. I set supplies to 0, shove all ic into research and CG for the first few years, alternating each time my supplies hit 0. I have cg set at under full to free up more ic, never letting it pass 5 (sometimes I let it hit 10 with the USA because it does't effect the IC so much) then just take dissent back down.
