This is the new sub-forum for our sunday/saturday game which commenced on the 26th/27th of August. Power assignments are as follows,


Allies:
UK - Geo
USA - Vacant

Commintern:
USSR - Mighty G

Axis:
Germany - Yours truly (Stalins Elite)
Italy - Cameron (Ringers)
Japan - Vacant


To any other member of the Hearts of Iron community that would like to dedicate themselves to our last two major powers, post your reply and preference below. The game is in to february 1938. Japan as to be expected is at war with the Chinese states, and everything else is as it should be. First come first serve. Our host has a cable connection which seems relitively stable, so any large expressions of interest may result in the opening of some minor powers or co-ops if players wish. Thanks for reading. SE.

P.S. Game times will be approximately 12pm noon sunday EST QLD time if your in Australia, or 1600 CET (not to sure if this is correct) time if your from Geo's side of the world. Geo please correct me if this is wrong.

First. Do you have Hearts of Iron Dooms Day, version 1.2 REBB. Can you make yourself available for a regular saturday/sunday game, as in every week on that day and time. How long have you been playing HOI, we already have one fairly new member which we are teaching. Reason being is because we will need to balance the teams if we have more new players so that one side doesn't get stuck with the majority of new players and the other side doesn't get all the veterans. Rules will be explained to you before sessions start, so any cheating, exploiting due to lag, or general breaking of the rules may result in your removal from the game. What speed connection do you have as a stable connection is required for the relitive smooth running of the game.
 
Playing for 4 years, but you are still a noob. I assume you have never done multiplayer? What we might do is maybe get you in control of a minor or maybe a co-op if we get others to take USA and Japan if you don't mind. It will more than likely be benificial to you to learn fom one of our more experienced players so you can perform on your own in later games. Between now and then, you will need to download and install the DD 1.2 patch. Can you also let us know what your ingame name is so we can look out for you. Another thing. We tend to use TeamSpeak Client 2 for our games, makes it easier instead of typing abusive messages for one another every couple of minutes. I'll try and find a link for it and post it later so you can download it, you'll also need a headset with a mic in order to use it.
 
Geo is from the States as well if I'm correct. Game time is normally 1200 noon Sunday my time which is +10Gmt I think. I'll let you know if it is different.
 
Max. It's monday here at the moment.

Aggressor. We have started a 36 scenario which is now upto february 1938. The vacant powers have been ai controlled to date so may be abit of a challenge. An experienced player should be able to take control and do well as we are still only fairly early into the game.
 
Rules are fairly simple, pretty much standard MP rules that just balance it a bit more so that every power get's a fair go. If your interested than show up on sunday/saturday and we'll let you know more in detail.
 
Aggressor. No it's not mandatory. We use it simply because we can chat to one another instead of spending half the game writing abusive messages to our team mates :) If you don't want to use it than that's fine, just show up and we'll slot you in. It just means that I'll have to spend half the game writing abusive messages to you. :D

P.S. It is noon EST for Queensland Australia (+10 Gmt). I think it is 1600 CET for America and Canada. I'm not sure wether this is correct though. Our UK, Geo is American so hopefully he will post the correct times for you guys in the America's.
