German AI crushes the Mazinot

I use DAIM for some time now. Last night i went through a hands-off game to check various changes i did in some events plus some industry modifiers. I was surprised to see the german war machine crushing the mazinot line, without even declaring war on Norway or the Benelux countries. My custom changes had nothing to do with the german, the french or the british combat AI, so i am certain it wasn't me who made the germans capable of this. My changes actually INCREASED the british/french IC in the pre-war years.

So i have this question: is this frequent in DAIM, or i just witnessed the luckiest line of events in german digitized military history. I almost always play as Germany so i had not the chance to watch the german AI in action. And believe me, No-Fog clearly showed that it wasn't some huge french AI mistake that caused this.

As far as I know this is not frequent.

It may sometimes happen when Benelux has started that the German Ai is crunching die Maginot Line but its the first time I heard about an successful aatack before an attack onto the Benelux

Two cases don't make a rule. I'm pretty sure Germany does the "proper" Schlieffen plan much more often than not.

In my SMEP/DAIM games so far, Germany went through Maginot in 3 out of 3 cases - either in late 39 or early 40. In two cases they declared war on Benelux in April 1940.

Exactly the same thing happend in my game. You have to do something about it, modders!

i see it often with DIAM - but always the germans kill lux,bel and holland soon after, or at the same time.
