[GERMAN] Inverted tooltips displayed for three domain powers in Age of Intolerance

Expected Result​

For the domain powers "Entdecker erstellen", "Tapferkeit" and "Erkenntnis" one would expect to see the corresponding tooltip for said ability when hovering over the word.

Actual Result​

However, currently you get for for "Tapferkeit" "Entdecker erzeugen", for "Entdecker erstellen" "Erkenntnis" and for "Erkenntnis" "Tapferkeit".

As a bonus, it could be also take of the headline of the tooltip for the ability "Entdecker erstellen" is named "Entdecker erzuegen" - not because its wrong (in fact both words are fine in German to describe the act of creating a unit technically), but for avaoing any confusion.

Steps to reproduce​

Play the game in German language (this is important; I tested this: English language is unaffected and the tooltips are correct there) and enter the Age of Intolerance. Either when the last tutorial help page explaining the new concepts comes up or also when you enter the Infopedia, you can produce what I described above and show in the attached pics.
