German translation prevents upgrade of Jousting Grounds

Description​

The Joustings Grounds building has a lot of modifiers. The german version also has more line breaks, which make the text area so large, that the upgrade button is no longer visible. See the attached screenshots of the same building in german and english.

Steps to reproduce​

Build the Jousting Ground in any valid province and switch the language to german.
