German version of Crusader Kings

[Pompous Divinus]

Wanted to play my old German version (1.02.b i think) of Crusader Kings. However when installing it on my Britsh PC the game starts with an English intro. The loading screen bar informs me of an 'unknown string wanted'

The game starts with ALL the options giving me an 'unknown string wanted' text
In game as well.

Any help or do I have to throw the game away?

Try this:
1.Uninstall the game
2.Set language on your pc to German
3.Install the game
4.Then set you language to English.
