Apologies if this topic has already been beaten into the ground here, but has anyone played Germany and conquered the world in the 12 years allotted in the "Road to War" scenario in HOI Platinum?
I am playing Germany, and am going to more-or-less duplicate her actions until Hitler's backing out of Sea Lion. My plan is then to do Sea Lion, then take Ireland, then Iceland. Meanwhile, the bulk of my land forces will turn east and knock out the Soviet Union. I am well on the way to nukes, and I am in mid-1939. When I have a nuke and a long range missile, I will nuke a few U.S. cities from Iceland, and force it into submission. After the Soviet Union and the U.S. are mine, I'll have the world, essentially.
