Two games in a row now as USA (playing the latest version 1.09 - Improved 1936 Vanilla), and Germany DoW on Belgium, Luxembourg, and The Netherlands in October 1939, then just sits and does absolutely nothing. A full year later in both games and no action ever started by either side. I did the "nofog" cheat in the fall of 1940, just to see what the situation was in Europe, and Germany had stacks of divisions all along the Dutch, Belgian, and Luxembourg borders, but was doing jack squat. Same with the invasion of Norway. Germany had 8 transports and a number of divisions just sitting off the coast of Oslo, but did absolutely nothing. Has anyone else experienced this issue, and is there a known fix for it?
