Giving birth to twins while travelling teleports child to capital

Description​

Giving birth to more than one baby while travelling (for example - on a ship) makes it so that only one of the children (the earlier one) stays in the entourage.

Steps to reproduce​

Go travelling - preferrably at sea (to closely reproduce my situation)
Take a pregnant waifu with you
Trigger childbirth of twins
The "older" twin will remain on ship with her mother
The "younger" twin will instantly teleport to parent capital
