Is it possible to give land to subjects/allies for peace deals if I occupy the land, o do I have to transfer occupation to them first?

anyone who is involved in the war, so only if the subject is being declared on, is a subject type that joins wars (and is loyal enough to do so). Otherwise it's selling.
