I want to play the 1617 and 1700 campaigns in EU. Is there any way to use the ICG leaders and events files without any conflicts? I just want to use ICG leaders for majors(Prussia, England, Russia, Ottomans etc.) And what about the other *.CSV files under the data folder(BuildingCosts.csv, Province.csv etc.), which ones can be used without crashes?

Bes bet IMO is make a clean EU install and play those scenarios then. Otherwise u might get conflicts IGC - scenario incs.

U can import leader/monarch files by just trasnferring them to the appropriate place.

Yes, that will mostly work. I suggest.
1) Clean reinstall of EU.
2) Install IGC into a different directory.
3) Then copy the leader and monarch files.

There still might be a few quirks - some GC country getting another countries IGC leaders - this is limited to the peripheral countries.

Yeah thats the problem, last time i did as you said, and used only the leader files for the majors. than i tried 1700 campaign, it didnt work, game crashed after couple of months:( , but i think that using some of the *.csv files should be possible wihtout crashes.....

I would think that would work. Monarchs might have id conflicts, but I wouldn't think leaders would.

Hmmm...

Sorry no help right now.
