got banned on hoi4 steam community due to misunderstanding?

got banned by this reason:

i think that moderator just got my comment wrong, because of translator mistake, i think.
my comment on dev diary was: "Если новое дополнение будет стоить 740р, я приеду к разработчикам в офис и всех раскулачу"
Translator, maybe, translated "раскулачить" as "kill" or something.
but this phrase even having no death theme, this is translator mistake only. Yandex translation:

my comment was not death threat, "dekulakize" policy isn't exist anymore and used on jokes only, and i have nothing bad against devs.
im sorry if my comment was rude and upset somebody, i want to have access to steam community.
also "dekulakize" policy consisted not only of murders (as it, maybe, wrote on wikipedia)

Steam mods are appointed by Steam, not us. I believe you should have got a link in the message or email that banned you, saying how to contact them and appeal.
