Got "primogeniture" succession somehow despite having partition

Description​

I did the achievement "Your Eternal Reward" starting as custom female character in Alexandria and for whatever reason I decided keep playing the save. Later I converted to catholicism and I created a new catholic faith and right now I've male only succession (partition). I disinherited all my sons but one, but he died from his injuries with 2 sons. My character died 2 years later and the youngest kid didn't get anything.

Steps to reproduce​

idk, it never happened in 3300 hours. I added a save couple months before my character dies (dont worry she'll die Know Thyself was triggered). You can check succession before she dies and there's only 1 kid and no titles lost. I let it run and indeed I got "primogeniture" succession.
