Recently (since Khans of the Steppe released) I've had several crashes, as was commonly experienced by many players, without an apparent reason. This also happened right now while being on version 1.16.2.1 and without running any mods.

After crashing I recieve a menu where I am asked to detail what has happened right before the crash to send the crash report, but the report always fails to be sent, so I figured I'll make this post instead.

Reading a bit into the crash log it seems to be a graphical issue that suspended the GPU. These are the last 3 lines in the crash log, from the moment of the crashing:

Those crash reports do go through. The message that it didn't send is the bug there.
