Grand tour (taxation) stuck in a loop at first vassal

Description​

This has happened two times in a row when conducting a taxation focused Grand Tour as independent Hayastan in the 930-40s. My king gets stuck in an endless loop of activities at the first vassal. After about three years, the Grand Tour ends and my king heads back home. It obviously ruins the Tour as you don't recuperate the money you spend at the beginning of the tour (or make very small gains). The vassal never gives a final tribute.

These tours worked fine while I was an Abbasid vassal.
