Summary

Grand Wedding: And Another Thing event ep2_wedding_ewan.0051 - opinion malus targets the player, not the AI

Description

In a Grand Wedding, one of the random events that can proc is And Another Thing. In this event, if the player character is Lazy, there is an option to "Fall asleep. Promptly" in repsonse to a "long winded, illborn-pissant [...] who will just not be silent" (in this case, my unlanded courtier and soulmate [not wife] of my late father).

Selecting this option makes you dislike the speaker because they hurt you. You also gain opinion of another character who is also Lazy. Also included in the tooltip is that every Lazy guest will.. do something.

I assume this is backwards - the speaker should lose opinion of, and by hurt by, you for falling asleep, and the other Lazy character should gain opinion of you. All other Lazy guests will presumably do something but the tooltip doesn't say what.

This is on 1.9.1 but I didn't see anything in the patch notes to say it was fixed.

Steps to reproduce

0, be Lazy
1, hold Grand Wedding
2, trigger event ep2_wedding_ewan.0051 (Grand Wedding: And Another Thing)
3, Open the tooltip on the third option (ep2_wedding_ewan.0051.d) and observe that the opinion malus is reversed (the speaker hurt you because you fell asleep, rather than the logical interpretation that the speaker was hurt by you falling asleep)

Game Version

1.9.1

Why?

Did you think your Character has no Opinions on other Characters, this is simply not true, they have an Opinion, but the Devs decided to hide it and you need a mod for something, which was Base Game in CK2, the Devs should adopt the Mod, In My Humble Opinion, and add it back.

I know, and I use that mod (it's how I was able to confirm that I'd lost opinion of them). My point is, the way the event is set out makes no sense for this option.

Some person is speaking, I'm lazy so fall asleep instead of paying attention.. and I dislike them for doing it? And they couldn't care less? Like, next time someone is speaking to you, you try falling asleep and then see how you feel about them or if they got offended instead.

Plus, if this isn't a bug, what is it that every Lazy guest does then? It's the last bit in the tooltip, just after where it says I lose stress because I'm lazy and compassionate.
