Grand Wedding Betrothal Bug

Description​

When the event to betroth a child to a vassal's child for a grand wedding is accepted. Both spouses are "unable to attend the wedding as a spouse". Both are in my kingdom and nothing has occurred that would not let them make it or anything of the sort.

Steps to reproduce​

Have the event happen, accept it, try and plan the wedding and get stuck.
